We are proud to introduce the all new…
We’ve taken everything people already value about Eventotron and made it clearer, faster and easier to use.
We’ll be opening testing very soon, and we’d love some of our existing community to help shape what comes next. If you’d like an early look and the chance to feed into the direction of the platform, please drop us a line at admin@eventotron.com.
We’re planning a wider launch later this year, with all of the new features available to users. And don’t worry – if your festival or season is already underway, you’ll be able to continue using the current version until the end of your existing cycle.
A fresh new look – designed around how you already work
Alongside the updated branding, Eventotron now has a clearer, more modern interface designed to make everyday tasks simpler and easier to navigate.
We’ve streamlined layouts, improved navigation and made information easier to find, so moving between different areas of the platform feels more straightforward and intuitive.
If you already use Eventotron, much of the structure will feel familiar – just cleaner, more organised and easier to work with day to day.
And, of course, your own season or festival branding remains front and centre, with your logo and colours carried throughout the experience.
A global performing arts network
Eventotron already connects hundreds of thousands of artists, venues, festivals and arts organisations around the world. The new version makes it even easier to discover performers, promote opportunities and build connections across the sector.
Festivals, venues and touring schemes can reach artists more directly, while artists can build profiles, grow audiences, collect feedback and find their next opportunities to perform.
A brighter, more professional experience
Quickly find and communicate with events and venues
View and manage your data in the way that works best for you
Beautifully branded public profile pages
Create and export custom reports across events, venues and sessions
Create branded passes, schedules, departure boards and more
We’ve got an app
Our new mobile app gives audiences an easy way to browse events and buy tickets all in one place.
The same app can also be used by your team to check audiences in at the door and sell tickets on the spot using tap-to-pay, with no additional hardware required.
The Eventotron app works across every season and festival on the platform, but we can also now create fully branded apps specifically for your own festival or season – quickly, and at a fraction of the cost of a traditional custom-built app.
Helpful tools built into Eventotron
We’ve introduced some optional smart tools within Eventotron to help make everyday admin a little quicker and easier.
The assistant can help with things like setting up forms, finding information or answering common questions as you work through the platform – particularly helpful for newer users or busy teams managing lots of moving parts.
It can also pull useful information from your own website, such as important dates, policies or application details, helping artists and venues quickly find answers without needing to contact your team directly.
Artists can use these tools too, including helping complete applications using information from previous seasons and existing materials – with everything reviewed and approved before anything is submitted.
These features are there to support the way people already work, not replace it, and you’ll remain in control of your own information and processes. And, as always, there will still be real people behind Eventotron whenever you need support or want to talk something through.
A box office designed for festivals and seasons
Eventotron Box Office has been built around the day-to-day realities of running festivals, seasons and multi-venue events, helping teams manage programmes, ticketing and reporting more easily in one connected system.
Artists, venues and organisers can work collaboratively where needed, including managing allocations, comps and ticket availability in the same place.
The new version also includes an integrated point of sale, staff permissions and shift management, alongside lots of smaller improvements designed to make busy box office days feel smoother and more manageable.
Special offers, season passes and multi-buy packages are now much simpler to set up, and tickets can be delivered as Apple or Google Wallet passes that automatically stay up to date if details change.
Venues can also be given permission to sell tickets for their own events – or across an entire season, with flexible fee and commission structures built in.
Now works on any website
The new version of Eventotron makes it much easier to sell tickets directly from your own website.
Alongside a completely redesigned WordPress plugin, we now offer simple integration tools for platforms like Squarespace, Wix and other modern website builders.
If you want something more bespoke, you can also build your own custom integration using our fully documented API.
Or keep things simple, you can now sell tickets directly through fully branded Eventotron pages customised for your festival, venue or season.
Venue management taken to the next level
A single venue can now contain multiple performance spaces, each with their own seating plans, layouts, technical specifications and capacities – making it much easier to manage complex venues in one place.
Venue managers can create their own application forms, collect additional information from artists and manage everything centrally.
The new version also includes scheduling tools for staff, resources, get-ins, rehearsals and other venue activity, with the same functionality available at season level too.
And most excitingly, venues can now use Eventotron independently to run their own year-round programme, with access to the same powerful tools traditionally used by festivals and seasons.
And that’s just a small glimpse of what’s coming.
Over the last year we’ve been carefully improving and expanding Eventotron to make everyday tasks simpler, bring everything together more clearly and give festivals, venues and artists more flexibility in how they work.
We’re really looking forward to starting to share it with you.
