Info Collection – Office Use

Office Use is a section in Info Collection which is hidden so only festival/season administrators can access it. (You know it is hidden by the crossed eye icon)

You can add questions in Office Use that you, the festival/season administrator, answer. For example, if you want to put a note on an event that only admins need to see, you’d do that in Office Use.

There are standard questions in Office Use:

Web Only – you can use this if you need to tag events that are only appearing online and not in a print brochure/program

Export to Box Office – this applies to you if you are using an external box office provider. If you are using Eventotron’s Super Simple Box Office (SSBO) this can be ignored/deleted

Display on Website – this applies to you if you are using SSBO and / or the wordpress plugin. Once an event is ready to be pulled to the website via the wordpress plugin, you tick Display On Website. If you are not using SSBO or the plugin, then you can ignore/delete.

Cancelled – if an entire event and all it’s performances are cancelled – you tick this box

Sold Out – Use if you want to mark an event as sold out

Application Date – auto-filled with the date the event application was submitted (can be ignored/deleted if you do not have an application phase)

Accepted Date – auto-filled with the date the event application was accepted (can be ignored/deleted if you do not have an application phase)

Finalised Date – auto-filled with the date the event application was finalised (can be ignored/deleted if you do not have an application phase)

You can add your own questions in exactly the same way as any other section.
